Formed in 2020, by Cory Chavis, Jay Square is a family-owned and faith-based business dedicated to transforming homes and enriching lives in Charlotte, NC. Rooted in a strong tradition of craftsmanship and integrity, we specialize in a wide range of home remodels and repairs, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, windows, doors, and comprehensive design-build projects. To ensure the highest quality and creativity in our projects, we partner with a local interior designer, blending functionality with aesthetic appeal.
The foundation of Jay Square Unlimited was built on a legacy of expertise and passion. I inherited this trade from my father, a seasoned general contractor, and have dedicated over 30 years to mastering the art of home renovation. This deep-rooted experience allows us to tackle any project with confidence and precision. I find immense joy in taking spaces that are unsightly or non-functional and transforming them into beautiful, practical areas that our clients fall in love with. Each project is a unique journey, and it’s the customer's reaction to the finished product that truly makes it all worthwhile.

SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION
We meet with our clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. We assess the space and discuss the vision and goals to make sure we are the right fit for the job.

PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
Detailed plans and layouts are developed, considering the flow, functionality, and ergonomics of the space. We help select materials, colors, furniture, fixtures, and finishes, if necessary and create detailed drawings and renderings of the new living space.

EXECUTE
The design plan is executed, involving coordination with all contractors and tradespeople, overseeing installations, and ensuring the project stays on schedule. We add finishing touches to achieve the perfect look and feel.

ENJOY
We do a final walkthrough with our clients to ensure satisfaction, and any necessary adjustments are made before project completion. From there, relax and enjoy your new living space!
